WELLINGTON – Family and friends feted Myka Kelch and Gus Wilbur with a baby shower from 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 15 at Trinity Fellowship.
Dainty bundles of white baby’s breath, arranged in lush greenery and iron décor, accented the serving counter. A pink flower highlighted a metal frame containing the invitation amongst refreshments. Pinwheels, finger sandwiches, fresh fruit, including chocolate covered strawberries, and iced “Baby Wilbur” cookies filled brushed nickel and vintage milk glass trays. Visitors sipped ice-cold water from a clear glass and iron beverage decanter.
Guests enjoyed fellowship around rectangular tables centered with the delicate baby’s breath arrangements. The guest of honor opened an array of gifts for her new baby girl aside a glass-paned wooden door accented with a wreath of lush greenery as a backdrop.
