100th Judicial District Court resolves 40 cases

CHILDRESS — Over a two-week span in April, two different information dockets resulted in over 40 cases resolved in the 100th Judicial District Court in Carson and Childress counties.

District Attorney for the 100th Judicial District Luke Inman, along with Assistant District Attorney Harley Caudle, prosecuted the cases for the State of Texas, with the Honorable Judge Stuart Messer presiding.

The 40 resolved cases consisted of four first-degree felonies, two second-degree felonies, eight third-degree felonies, 19 state jail felonies and seven class A misdemeanors.
