CHILDRESS — Ten Monson Music Studio vocal students performed 19 signature songs, including “Rocky Top”by the Osborne Brothers, “Killing Me Softly With His Song” by Roberta Flack, “My Heart Will Go On”by Celine Dion and more, in concert at the Palace Theater at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 7.
Receiving patriotic scarves for singing the National Anthem at various events, Ava Barlow, Grace Peters, Heather Peters, Summer Neufeld, Saylee Ochoa, Selah Smith and Lacy Teichroeb were recognized.
Following, Teichroeb and Barlow were awarded “Most Improvement Vocally,” while Liesel Schaefer was awarded “Most Vocal Progress for a Beginner.”
