Modern Home Club makes donations to CCCS, local Scouts

CHILDRESS — Modern Home Club met for its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 20 at the Childress County Heritage Museum.
Soundra Christy called the meeting to order. The reading of the minutes, by Raenell Smith, was approved as presented. The treasurer’s report, given by Mary Ann Hickman, was also accepted. Fines were collected.
In old business, officers for the 2023-2024 term were elected from the floor. A motion to continue present officers was voice by Rosemary Foster and seconded by Pat Collins.
