CANYON — West Texas A&M University (WT) honored 1,110 graduates, including six local students, during commencement ceremonies Saturday, May 13.
Local graduates included Kimberly Nicole Castor, Childress, Bachelor of Social Work; Bryan Alexander Garcia, Childress, Bachelor of Health Sciences, Summa Cum Laude; Michael Don Mahorney, Childress, Bachelor of Wildlife Biology; Kadi Mae Malberg, Childress, Bachelor of General Studies; Kaylee Jo Neeley, Wellington, Bachelor of Digital Communications and Media; and Dana Michelle Waller, Memphis, Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences.
Overall, the university awarded 828 baccalaureate degrees and 289 master’s degrees.
