Local author John R. Ballew presents his new publication, “The Hall County Gangster: Raymond Ballew,” at the recent Memphis Lions Club luncheon. Ballew hosted a book signing at the Memphis Public Library on Friday, Sept. 15, followed by a vendor booth at the 88th Annual Hall County Picnic Saturday, Sept. 16. Ballew’s publication will soon be available on Amazon for purchase.
