Dec. 15 The junior varsity and varsity Childress Lady Cat basketball teams play the Liberty Lady Patriots in Lubbock. Junior varsity plays at 5 p.m., followed by varsity at 6:15 p.m. The junior varsity and varsity Childress Bobcat basketball teams play the Palo Duro Dons in Amarillo.

The varsity Memphis Cyclone and Lady Cyclone basketball teams play the Hedley Owls and Lady Owls in Memphis.The Lady Cyclones play at 6 p.m., followed by the Cyclones at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 18 The junior high Memphis Whirlwinds and Lady Whirlwinds play the Quanah Indians and Lady Indians.

The Childress Lady Cats compete in the Nazareth Tournament Thursday, Nov. 30-Saturday, Dec. 2, finishing 2-2 overall. The Lady Cats brought home wins over Muleshoe (67-38) and Gruver (47-33), while falling to Canadian (45-25) and Nazareth (51-41).
