Sept. 30 The Memphis Middle School and Memphis High School cross country teams compete in the Canyon Invitational in Canyon. The junior varsity and varsity Memphis Lady Cyclone volleyball teams play the Vega Lady Longhorns in Vega. Junior varsity plays at 10 a.m., followed by varsity at 11 a.m.

WELLINGTON – The Wellington Skyrockets survived an upset bid from a gutsy Spearman Lynx squad, getting a late touchdown for a 12-6 win in a slugfest on Friday night, Sept. 15 at Powell Field in Wellington. Both defenses held their own in the ball game.
