CANADIAN — The Childress Lady Cats, including first-place individualist Isa Jurado, who finished with 88 puts, brought home a first-place team finish of 384 puts at the Canadian Invitational Monday, Feb. 13.

Area players named to 2023 Amarillo Globe-News Preseason Baseball Super Team

AMARILLO — Childress Bobcat Scout Smith, as well as Memphis Cyclone Leo Flores and Wellington Skyrocket Barret Phillips, were recently named to the 2023 Amarillo Globe-News Preseason Baseball Super Team, announced Sunday, Feb. 19. Scout, who finished his sophomore season with a slash line of .526/.
