CHILDRESS — Facing off against Dalhart in the bi-district round of the 3A volleyball playoffs, the Childress Lady Cats were bested in four sets (25-22, 25-19, 7-25, 25--13), cutting their season short of an area-round appearnace Tuesday, Nov. 1.
