CHILDRESS — Carrying the momentum from a big win over Stratford into district play, the Childress Bobcats dominated the Friona Chieftains in a 52-0 shutout Friday, Oct. 10 at Chieftain Stadium in Friona.
Childress’ Journey Prince goes up for a spike in the Lady Cats’ 3-0 loss against Shallowater Tuesday, Sept. 30 in Childress. Breaking a five-game losing streak, Childress Lady Cats were happy to turn things around Saturday, Oct. 4, taking a sharp 3-0 win over the Tulia Lady Hornets. Childress is currently 7-13 on the season, with plenty of inter-district action coming up. Childress High School Yearbook
