First graders experience Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade

WELLINGTON – On Tuesday, Nov. 26, Wellington Elementary School first graders each carried a festive mylar helium balloon across a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade backdrop to celebrate the festive season. Introduced by Braxton Sims, students trapsed to the Peanuts’“Linus and Lucy” tune.
