The Memphis Chamber of Commerce will host the 2nd Annual Small Town Christmas Lighting Contest at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16 in Memphis City Park. “Get involved and come help make Christmas fun in the park,” Memphis Chamber of Commerce Manager Kim Cloyd said.
