Hall County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Paramedic Jace Frances awards Mikayla Ledbetter the David Eades Memorial Scholarship. A 2024 graduate of Memphis High School, Ledbetter’s mother, Lasonya McIntosh, has served with the Hall County EMS for over 22 years. Belew gives gift of life
