CHILDRESS — Childress High School (CHS) Accounting and Mathematics students recently competed in virtual meets, where they swept the competition for two first-place team finishes.

CHILDRESS — Childress Police Department Chief Bill Bridgwater announced his resignation to the City of Childress City Council in regular session Monday, Dec. 9 in the Childress City Hall Council Chambers.
Childress Elementary School will host Family Fun Night from 5-6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16. At the event, supplies will be available for make holiday cards, which will be delivered to local nursing homes. Following, first- and fourth-grade students will host their Christmas Performance in the Childress Elementary School gymnasium.
