Wellington competes in Childress Baseball Tournament

    WELLINGTON — The Wellington Skyrockets recently competed in the Childress Baseball Tournament, picking up wins over San Jacinto Christian Academy and Childress junior varsity, while tallying a loss to Sanford-Fritch.

    Beginning play Friday, March 3,the Skyrockets put up an eight-run deficit over San Jacinto Christian Academy in an 11-3 victory.
