BRECKENRIDGE — The Childress Bobcats fell short Friday, Nov. 18, succumbing to the No. 10 Wall Hawks in the Area Championship round of the 2022 3A Division II UIL Texas Football State Championships at Buckaroo Stadium in Breckenridge.
With Wall jumping out to a 17-3 lead after the opening quarter, the Hawks’ triple-option offense proved potent as Childress’ defense struggled to stop the ball.
