Wellington High School freshman Carter Ouellette maintains his winning ways in the Fall Series tournaments for North Texas Pro Golf Association (PGA) Junior Tour. On Sept. 23, Ouellette garnered first place at Pampa Country Club with a score of 81. At the Pampa Hidden Hills Country Club competition on Oct. 1, he took first with a score of 82.
