RICHARDSON — Lubbock Christian University (LCU) Lady Chaparral Grace Foster, a 2021 Childress High School graduate, was recently recognized by the Lone Star Conference (LSC) as the Women’s Basketball Offensive Player of the Week.

Jan. 13 The junior varsity and varsity Childress Bobcat and Lady Cat basketball teams play the Abernathy Antelopes in Childress. Junior varsity boys white play at 4 p.m. followed by junior varsity boys blue and junior varsity girls at 5 p.m., varsity girls at 6:15 p.m. and varsity boys at 7:30 p.m.
