Bobcats scratch Lynx for second district win

CHILDRESS — Rebounding the season, the Childress Bobcats earned their second consecutive district win, clawing the Spearman Lynx in a lopsided 41-7 final Friday, Oct. 21 at Fair Park Stadium. Stacking up 418 yards of offense, the Bobcats held the Lynx to only 118 total yards and seven first downs.

MEMPHIS — Ryder Robison, a junior, finished fifth at the UIL 2A Region I Cross County Championship Monday,Oct.24 at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock, individually qualifying for state for the second consecutive year. This time with a season record of 17:27.9.
