The 2023 Wellington Skyrocket football schedule was recently announced. The official season will begin against the Frederick Bombers Friday, Aug. 25, with district play commencing Friday, Oct. 6 against the Shamrock Irish.
Wellington’s 2023 three-night rodeo affair thrills crowds
The varsity Wellington Skyrockets, including TJ Salinas, left, Bryant Tarver, Brenden Garcia, Carson Tarver, Travon Lewis, Braylon Tarver, Darrius McDaniel and Fabian Pina, went 8-1 in the Elk City basketball tournament last week, playing Monday, July 19-Wednesday, July 21.
