The 2023 Wellington Skyrocket football schedule was recently announced. The official season will begin against the Frederick Bombers Friday, Aug. 25, with district play commencing Friday, Oct. 6 against the Shamrock Irish.

AMARILLO – Wellington’s junior high and high school team combined to win the Region 16 eSports Invitational 2023 for the second year in a row, bringing home a new Alienware gaming computer for Wellington Independent School District (ISD).
