Wellington High School freshman Carter Ouellette maintains his winning ways in the Fall Series tournaments for North Texas Pro Golf Association (PGA) Junior Tour. On Sept. 23, Ouellette garnered first place at Pampa Country Club with a score of 81. At the Pampa Hidden Hills Country Club competition on Oct. 1, he took first with a score of 82. Under the leadership of senior Drum Majors Kali Brewer and Addy Mock, the 60-piece Rocket Regiment performs its 2023 show, “A Night at the Movies,” at the UIL Region 1 Marching Contest Saturday, Oct. 14 at Dick Bivins Stadium in Amarillo. “They earned straight 2s, but this young group has grown so much this year,” said Wellington High School Principal Jermaine Cantu. “We are proud of you.” Justin Mixon and Harley Warrick serve as directors.
