    CHILDRESS — A frequent response to an invitation to the Childress Senior Citizens Center’s weekly luncheon is, “but I’m not a senior citizen.”

    However, age is just a number, not a criterion to participate in activities, including the weekly meal, at the Childress Senior Citizens Center, according to Childress Senior Citizens Center Director Glenda Goundie.
