QUAIL REUNION The Quail Community Center will be the site of the 2023 Quail High School (QHS) reunion. An Easter weekend tradition since 1949, fellowship begins at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 8, followed by the meal at 6 p.m. Cost of the meal is $10. Meal reservations were due Friday, March 31.

EASTER EGG HUNT Memphis Chamber of Commerce’s annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 8 at the Memphis City Park. Age groups, which will each receive a Grand Prize Egg, include 0-4, 5-8 and 9-11. Currently, filled Easter eggs are needed.

Using the funds raised at the annual Story Vest Memorial Calf Roping, Story Vest Memorial recently donated new seesaws, which were constructed by Delbert and Lace Love and painted by Sawyer Vest and Stetson Vest, to the Fair Park playground.

AMARILLO – Eastern Panhandle Lions Club Sweethearts Summer Owens and Maggie Cook represented the Red River Region in the District 2-T1 Lions Queen Contest at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 2 at Amarillo Public Library.
