GOLFSCRAMBLE The 2ndAnnual Texie Fisher Memorial Scrambled will be held Saturday,April 15 and Sunday,April 16 at Memphis Country Club.The four-person scramble will begin at 1 p.m. Registration is $200 per team. A portion of the proceeds will go toward a scholarship inTexie Fisher’s name.

Wellington Lions Club served pancakes from 7:30-9:30 a.m. for its April No Fooling’ Pancake Breakfast fundraiser Saturday, April 1 at the Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Patrons lined up for pancakes served with sausage, bacon, fruit toppings, coffee, milk and orange juice.
