WELLINGTON – “This year’s Gala was such a success and a testament to the support we have always been blessed with from our communities that we serve,” said Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of the Rolling Plains Executive Director Connie Monzingo.

QUAIL – At the location of the former Quail School, doors opened at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 4 for the traditional Quail Ex-Student Banquet. Founded by the Class of 1949, Quail graduates and guests meet annually the Saturday prior to Easter.
Youth partaking in the Wellington Opportunity Center, Inc. afterschool program take a moment to contemplate winning the 2026 Lawncare Combo Package, comprised of a DeWALT cordless push mower string trimmer and blower combo. The 2026 Lawn Care Raffle winner will be drawn at noon Saturday, May 2. The bake sale and mower raffle fundraiser begin at 9 a.m. that morning at 817 West Ave. on the courthouse square. MEMPHIS ISD
