Barbara Duncan is the lone February birthday honoree on the frigid Friday, Feb. 21 at Wellington Senior Citizens Center (WSCC). Members of WSCC with February birthdays not present included Kathy Brewer, Phyllis Floyd, Debbie Henard, Deltah Henard, Sue Skelton, Troy Thomason, Danny West.
