Memphis tackles tough competition

MEMPHIS — The Memphis Cyclones tackled tough competition this past week, finishing 1-2 in the Hollis Tournament Friday, March 6-Saturday,March 7.On Friday, Memphis kicked off tournament play with a loss to Vernon, 4-12.
Memphis High School seniors Briseyda Cantu and Jordyn Altman visit Oklahoma State University, where they interviewed for a chance at the Thoma Scholarship—a full-ride scholarship which covers the cost of attendance, including tuitions, fees, housing, meals, books and other educational expenses for four years. Thoma Scholars also receive a one-time study abroad scholarship, as well as will participate in Honors College. Memphis ISD
