Mayor, city manager join Memphis Convalescent Center residents for bingo
With the holiday spirit in the air, City of Memphis Mayor Joe Davis, along with Memphis City Manager Jack Owens, join Memphis Convalescent Center residents for a few rounds of bingo Wednesday, Dec. 17.
