AUSTIN – Sales tax revenues were up across the Greenbelt area this month when Texas Comptroller Don Huffines distribute October allocations to local governments recently.
The City of Childress saw its allocation increase 185.03 percent compared to the same period last year with revenue of $311,504. For the calendar year-to-date, the city is now up 49.47 percent with revenue of $1,835,991.06.
