Representing Region 16 Education Service Center, Wellington Independent School District’s (ISD) Kurt Ashmore is among the five finalists for 2025 Superintendent of the Year. Others include Eddie Hesseltine, Orange Grove ISD; Roosevelt Nivens, Lamar Consolidated Independent School District (CISD); Colin Howeth, Knox City-O’Brien CISD; and Lori Rapp, Lewisville ISD.
