SNYDER – The Wellington Skyrockets thumped the Alpine Bucks, walking away with a 57-15 season opening victory on Friday night, Aug. 29 at Tiger Stadium in Snyder. With the victory, Wellington Athletic Director and Head Football Coach Greg Proffitt earned his 100th career win.
