WELLINGTON – Early voting for the Constitutional Amendment Election began Monday, Oct. 20 and continues through Friday, Oct. 31. Early voters may cast their ballot at the clerk’s office in the Collingsworth County Courthouse during the hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Extended hours are offered from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30 and Friday, Oct. 31.
