MEMPHIS — For the fourth consecutive year, Memphis Independent School District (ISD) educators were awarded incentive pay through the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program. The first district in the Texas Panhandle to be approved for incentive pay, this year, 30 Memphis ISD educators, including two first-time designees, were awarded a combined $694,203.
