    WELLINGTON – Assembled in the Texas Department of Transportation (Tx-DOT) exhibit at Collingsworth County Museum and surrounded by truss bridge memorabilia, Wellington State Bank President Richard Sims presented a $5,000 check, which will sponsor the release of “The Bridge” on YouTube.
