WELLINGTON – Since 1938, Greenbelt Electric Cooperative, Inc. (GEC) has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for its members in rural areas of the Texas Panhandle. A drive-thru event served as the 83rd Annual GEC Membership Meeting from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23.
