WELLINGTON — Collingsworth County Chamber of Commerce President Karen Caldwell welcomed the crowd gathered for the RED TICKET drawing last Saturday, Dec. 17 at the Collingsworth County Museum.For a $10 donation per ticket, chamber volunteers sold hundreds of tickets for a chance to win 76 prizes worth $9,400 donated by businesses for the shop local promotion.
