Qualifying varsity Childress Bobcat and Lady Cat track and field athletes compete in the area invitational at West Texas A&M University in Canyon. The junior varsity and varsity Childress Bobcat baseball teams play the Shallowater Mustangs in Childress. Junior varsity plays at 4:30 p.m., followed by varsity at 7 p.m.
