Danny L. Eason, age 71, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 16, 2025.
He was born Dec. 10, 1953, to the late Wayland and Billie “Bradshaw” Eason in Childress, Texas, where he spent most of his life.
Danny was a Journeyman Carman for Burlington Northern Railroad for many years, a welder and a carpenter. He enjoyed bull riding for the rodeo, cowboying and cooking and deeply loved his family. He was a good and thoughtful husband and had recently become a faithful member of the Emmanuel House of Refuge in Jackson.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Eason; children Christopher Eason and Angela Eason; siblings Jim Eason, Ronnie Eason and Debra Soto; as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Cody Eason; and his brothers, Voy Eason and Mike Eason.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life was held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at the Emmanuel House of Refuge in Jackson. Burial followed in Huntington, Vt. Condolences may be sent to the family at mayhew- brownfuneralhome. com.
