CHILDRESS — Making a playoff run, the Childress Bobcats were halted in the area round, succumbing to the Coahoma Bulldogs Thursday, May 7 in Littlefield.
Defeating the Bobcats 8-0 in the first game, the Bulldogs pulled a shutout thanks in part to a six-run sixth inning.
With Coahoma opening scoring in the bottom of the fifth on two singles, the Bobcats were unable to get on the board.
