Wellington shuts out Memphis for No. 2 seed in district

WELLINGTON — Following a tough loss to Wheeler, the Wellington Skyrockets came back blazing,shutting out the Memphis Cyclones to secure the No. 2 seed Friday, Nov. 7 at Powell Field in Wellington.
In the 57-0 final, Callen Kane went 7-for-9, accumulating 157 passing yards and three touchdowns, while PJ Garcia received 62 yards and one touchdown, and Noah Cantu ran for 77 yards and two touchdowns.
