Wellington High School (WHS) One Act Play (OAP) cast and crew advance at the area contest Friday, March 31 at the Talkington School for Young Women Leaders in Lubbock. In addition to being chosen as one of three regional-qualifying plays, Jackson Jones and Kaseten Welch received Honorable Mention All-Star Cast; Summer Neufeld earned All-Star Cast accolades; and Brianna Aguerro, Aaron Willingham, Rylyn Colson, Anna Granadoz and Cece Granadoz received Best Crew. Next, WHS OAP will compete at regionals Saturday, April 22 at Randall High School in Amarillo for a chance to advance to state for the second consecutive year.
