Bobcats compete in Texas Basketball Championships

The Childress Bobcats compete in the Texas Basketball Championships Friday, June 14-Sunday, June 16 in Grapevine. Finishing second in pool play, the Bobcats defeated Maypearl (44-23) and Buna (41-32) and lost to Ponder (38-36) and Chapel Hill (50-25), going 2-2.

WELLINGTON – Seventy- five area youth convened Thursday, June 6 at Wellington Country Club to participate in the Greenbelt Jr. Golf Association tournament.
