    WELLINGTON – January and February mark the months for Mesquite Groundwater Conservation District (MGCD) staff to make their annual water level measurements of 166 wells, including Collingsworth County, 80; Hall County, 62; Childress County, 15; Briscoe County, seven; and Motley County, two.
