Wellington High School Student Council takes Dallas daytrip

  • Wellington High School (WHS) Student Council, including WHS freshman Ava Peters, traveled to Dallas on Wednesday, Dec. 3 to attend a leadership event at the American Airlines Center, featuring several Dallas Maverick executive speakers. To top off the trip, the students and sponsors watched the Dallas Mavericks take on Miami Heat before the return trip, arriving home in the early morning hours of Thursday, Dec. 4.
