Sains celebrate 50 years of togetherness

WELLINGTON – In a heartwarming celebration of a love that has withstood the test of time, family and friends gathered on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 12, to honor Oran and Karon Peters Sain on their 50th wedding anniversary.
Wellington High School (WHS) Student Council officers for the new school year include Secretary Summer Neufeld, senior, left; Vice President Audrey Jones, senior; President Caleb Strickland, junior; and Treasurer Noah Cantu, freshman. The election took place Tuesday, Aug. 22. Student Council sponsors Donna Thaten and Czrena Watts are grateful for all the students who ran for an office and who now automatically become a member of the WHS Student Council. Courtesy Photo
