Betty Ann Hodges, 74, of Memphis, Texas, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024, in Amarillo, Texas.
Services took place at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024, at Red Marble Ministries Church in Memphis with Rev. Brett Prince officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis. Viewing was held Wednesday, Nov. 13 at the funeral home. Arrangements were by Robertson Funeral Directors of Memphis.
Betty was born June 3, 1950, in Mecca, Calif. to David D. and Mozella Davis Rowton. Most of her life, she had been a resident of Memphis, where she was a farmer. She married Robert Allen Hodges on Aug. 2, 2004.
Her hobbies included ceramics and pottery. She was also a devout golfer and loved fishing. She attended the Travis Baptist Church and Red Marble Ministries Church in Memphis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, on Oct.12,2014; three brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include her son, David Keelin, and girlfriend Charlotte Villanueva, of Memphis; a brother, David Rowton, of Memphis; four grandchildren, Amber, Miranda, Faith and Wesley; and a great-grandchild, Ace Bledsoe.
