Doris Helen Boswell, 59 years old, was born July 16, 1966, and passed away on Nov. 21, 2025.
The family will be having a celebration of life for Doris from 1-3 p.m. Jan. 16, 2026, in the big room of the Fair Park City Auditorium. It is a come-and-go gathering.
Doris was retired from the T.L. Roach unit in Childress, Texas, where she was a Count Room Supervisor.
She loved to do crafts of all kinds and was an avid animal lover. She loved to cook and bake and would make magic happen when she did.
Doris was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jan Hilton; her stepmother, Peggy Kiser Marshall; and her father-in-law, John Boswell.
Doris is survived by her husband, Mike Boswell, of Childress; son John Michael Boswell, of Florida; father and mother Richard Marshall Sr. and Barbra, of Abilene, Texas; brother Richard Marshall Jr., wife Juanita and daughters Hope and Faith, of Merkel, Texas; stepbrothers Robert Hilton, Eugene Hilton, Charles Kiser, Tim Kiser and Tom Kiser; stepsisters Teri Kiser and Pam Kiser; motherin- law Sandy Boswell; and brotherin- law Toby Bosell, wife Veronica and children Cruz and Corbin; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
