Jimmie Black, 73, of Wellington, Texas, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
He was born on Dec. 21, 1949, in Wellington, to Billy Doyle and Margie Marie Gibson Black. He graduated from Wellington High School in 1966. Shortly after graduation, he married Vicki Wade on Aug. 19 in Wellington.
