Wellington’s Blacksher earns Texas Panhandle EMS Professional of the Year designation

  • Presented by Director of Operations Howard Heath of the Panhandle Regional Advisory Council (P-RAC), Wellington Emergency Medical Services Administrator Samantha “Sam” Blacksher accepts the Texas Panhandle EMS Professional of the Year honor on Thursday, Sept. 18 at Amarillo Civic Center.A graduate of Samnorwood High School, Blacksher obtained her nursing degree at Clarendon College.
