WELLINGTON – In need of more space, the Collingsworth County Appraisal District (CCAD) moved offices within the Collingsworth County Courthouse the week of July 17-21.
Now situated in the former Collingsworth County Extension Office, the women rolled on the walls a few coats of fresh paint and installed new blinds. The same familiar counter from the previous office greets customers....
